Christine Wank works as an international facilitator, trainer and coach for leadership, profound change and innovation, leading her Berlin-based firm Facilitate U with worldwide operations. She is dedicated to facilitate people and organizations to reach their full potential and use their generative power and collective creativity to shape the world in a responsible and sustainable way.

Christine is a Member and Senior Practitioners of the Presencing Institute (PI)/MIT and a pioneer in applying and advancing Theory U in the field of leadership and generative change with more than 10 years of experience. She completed the first Theory U Master Class run by PI over 2 years with Otto Scharmer, Peter Senge, Ed Schein and Arawana Hayashi among others.

She has vast experience in working with leaders, multicultural teams, and organizations from across the globe and across all sectors. She runs highly acclaimed leadership programs such as the “Managing Global Governance Programme” by GIZ, GDI and the German Federal Foreign Office, strengthening leaders to better address the pressing challenges of Global Governance, as well as the annual “Senior Leaders Week” and „Leading by Vision – Innovation Lab“ of the International Civil Society Center for senior leaders of the 20 biggest international civil society organizations. Before that, she worked as a senior project manager for organizational development (OD) of InWEnt – Capacity Building International, an organization with worldwide operations focusing on Capacity and Human Resources Development as well as on high-level policy dialogues in international cooperation.

Christine is a visiting lecturer on Leadership at the Central European University in Budapest.

She is a certified Systemic Coach and OD Consultant with special expertise on leadership, transformation, generative and resource-oriented change, mindfulness, and collective creativity.
Christine studied Political Science at Freie Universität Berlin and Duke University and lives in Berlin in Germany.
